Q. How are your Pool Tables Shipped?
Pool Tables are shipped in a small crate, the reason being is that we found out the smaller the package the more likely it will arrive to your door step not damaged. We have also custom designed the hard wooden crate so to eliminate damages during shipping. We have the lowest damage rate in the industry and will continue to improve on packaging, so that we can have a 0% damage rate.
Q. How is the pool table packaged? How heavy is it? What’s the largest piece?
A: For most orders, your pool table is loaded onto a heavy-duty pallet and each piece of slate is inspected and packaged in our exclusive custom-designed corrugated sleeve. The protected slate is then layered on top of the shipment. The cloth and accessory kit will either be inside the crate or packaged separately and included in the shipment. We then secure everything with metal or plastic banding and industrial shrink-wrapping. The total weight is around 1000 lbs, this includes the slate.
Q What happens if my pool table arrives damaged?
Simply just inspect your package when it arrives, if it looks like it is damaged just refuse the damaged piece. The shipping company will notify us of the refused parts and we will immediately ship a replacement piect out to you at no additional costs. If your order is a custom pool table, it will take a bit longer to get your damaged piece replaced since it will have to be manfacutered once again.
Q. Do you accept Credit Card and other payment methods?
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PAYPAL, and Google Checkout, eChecks, Cashiers Checks, and Money orders. Payment must be received in full before we ship products.
Q. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free* with any purchase over $1000. Although, if you live in a remote area and your street is not 18-Wheel accessible please let the drivers know so that they can place your pool table on a smaller truck and deliver it to you safely.
Q: What is “VIP” Delivery?
A: Most complaints within the pool table industry are related to the shipping and delivery of the pool table itself. Our exclusive "White Glove" delivery service is ideal for customers who appreciate service and convenience. Instead of leaving the pool table on the curb or in your garage, our two- man delivery teams will unload the shipment, uncrate it and bring each piece into the room of your choice. They then remove the crating and packaging materials and dispose of them (saving you the cost and inconvenience of hauling it to the dump yourself).
Q. Will you ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or internationally?
Yes, but extra shipping charges apply. Please do not purchase until you have contacted a CusZoom customer service representative for a shipping quote.
Q. Is everything shipped together?
Yes and No. When ordering a pool table, all the components of the pool table are usually shipped together (pool table, accessories, cloth and slate). Depending on what options you've selected, the accessories and/or cloth may be shipped separately via UPS. If you have ordered additional items from other areas of our website (i.e. cue racks, pub tables, etc.) those items will ship directly from our distributor via UPS or FedEx.
Q. How come your pool tables are the least expensive in the industry?
We manufacture the tables are our manufacturing facility and ship them directly to your door. So we avoid having any retail stores or show rooms to eliminate the high over head costs. We keep operating costs to minimum so we can pass the savings on to you the customer. Due to high volume of sales we are able to negotiate the lowest cost for shipping, again we pass the savings on to our customers.
Q What can I expect when my order arrives?
Free Shipping included shipping to your front door, but we are not responsible for getting the table off the truck. You will need friends to uncrate the box and bring in your order. If you purchased the liftgate service, then we will be able to bring the crate to the closest covered area in your home, for example your garage, porch, etc. With the VIP Service, we will bring your pool table to the room where it is to be installed, we will install your table and clean up the debrs as well.
Q: What if I live in a very remote area, or have extremely limited access to my residence that might make it difficult for a truck to access? Can I still order a table from you?
Yes you can. However please be sure to call us after placing your order so that your situation is notated in our system.
Q How much does it cost to install a pool table?
It depends on where you live and how busy the installer is in your area. I've known tables to be installed for as low as $250 and as high as $550. It all depends which state you live in.
Q. Is it possible to install the pool table myself?
It is possible but we highly recommend that you have it installed professionally. Leveling a pool table properly and stapling the cloth over the cushions and the bed of the table requires technical skill.
Q: How long does installation take?
Installation usually takes 2-5 hours.
Q. Do you provide a installers manual?
No, but we will provide you with some details on how to install you table if you wish, we can email it to you direct..
Q: Where will you ship to?
Shipping is free within the Continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. Call us if you live in Hawaii or Alaska for a custom shipping quote
Q. What size are your tables?
The pool tables for sale on this site are 8' pool tables. We offer all of our pool tables in 9' and 7' sizes by special order. If you are interested in a 9' or 7' pool table, please contact a BilliardEx customer service representative for details.
Q: How long will my pool table last?
All pool tables sold on this website are heirloom-quality and are designed and crafted in a way which will allow your family to treasure them and pass them down through the generations.
Q. Can I supply my own felt?
Yes. Just make sure you have it ready for the installer.
Q. When is my credit card charged?
Your card is charged at the time the order is placed. If you have ordered an in-stock item, we will immediately pack your order and prepare it for shipment. If you have ordered a custom-built product, we will immediately place the order with the factory and the production process will begin.
