Pool Table Construction

100% Solid Hardwood - Every Belissimo CusZoom table is 100% solid hardwood. Every piece of the table is made
from
that finest hard wood. From the cabinets, legs and rails. |

1' Thick Slate - Bellissimo tables all include 3 piece, 1 inch think slate with a three-quarter inch wood lining.
Due
to
the
slates thickness it allows for great durablity and weight. The weight of the slate is what weighs
the table down so
that the
pool table does not move around freely, in turn it creates a pefectly leveled playing surface. |

Rail Construction - Solid hardwood 6" wide-profile top rails provide an elegant furniture appearance. The Rails are
made
with
a CNC machine, which is a machine -stabilizing ridge to precisely align the cushions thus delivering consistent
performance. Your table will have 6 rails, and each rail will be the same to create that perfect playing surface. |

Legs - Solid hardwood legs, each leg is extended by a solid wood block to the top of the cabinet providing much more
stability
for your pool table. The slate is rests on the top of the legs relieving the pressure from the cabinets so that
warping and
cracking
of
the cabinet is prevented. Each leg is hand carved to perfection, creating one of the finest pool
tables designed. |

Frame Construction - All Bellissimo pool tables feature metal on metal contacts. Each screw that holds the cabinet
together screws into a metal insert within the cabinet. This means your pool table can be assembled perfectly square. |

Piano Finish - Extra hard coats applied of hand rubbed, sanded, sealed and pre-catalyzed lacquer, providing protection
from
nicks and scratches, as well as a long lasting depth, sheen and beauty. We will include at no extra charge, retail
value
of
$699.99, the piano finish that will add that extra protection for your pool table as well as the beautiful satin finish. |

Pockets/Felt - Geniune 100% leather pockets, hand tooled, die cast iron cores. As for the felt, your pool table comes
with
free basic felt but if you prefer another color you can upgrade to the deluxe 21oz upgraded felt. The deluxe felt is
a finely
woven cloth and does not "fluff" or "fuzz". |

Cushions - BCA (Billiard Congress of America) approved, K-66 profile cushions. The Accu-Ball control K-66 profile cushions
are tournament grade cushions formulated to respond consistently to ball mementum with dynamic accuracy. 100% natural
gum rubber.

Pool Table Installation
 |
CusZoom provides two types of Installation packages |
1)  Delivery and Installation - Your table will be delivered using a liftgate. A professional installer will install your table, and
remove
and uncrate your packages. They will also remove any debris, giving you the full VIP treatment.
2)  Installation - After your table is delivered, you must uncrate and inspect your packages and table. Once this is done an installer
will
be schduled to come and install your table. Cost may vary depending on the state you live in. |
Pool Table Shipping and Delivery - FREE SHIPPING!
This is a Custom Order, therefore your Pool Table will be manufactured to your exact specificaitons and will be shipped to you from one of our
manufacturing facilities within approximately 3 weeks from the time you placed your order. From there it will take 5 - 10 weeks after the factory
shipping
date to arrive at your place of residence.
Throughout this entire process you will be kept informed via email so that you know exactly at what manufacturing stage your pool table is in.
Once your pool table arrives at our US distribution center in your area you will then be sent tracking information so you can track your shipment. At this
stage you will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule a time to have your pool table delivered, this will occur 2-3 days prior to the time your
order arrives at the shipping address you stated at the time you placed your order.
We have over 50 years of experience in making custom pool tables and have perfected the concept of manufacturing customizable products, at the
highest quality possible and at the most inexpensive price. We do this by keeping our overhead to a minimum and cutting out the middle men so that the savings is passed on to our customers. We will continue to perfect this model to ensure quicker delivery time and that our highest quality standards are exceeded continously. The entire process may take approximately 10 - 14 weeks but it is a life time investment and is definitiely worth the wait. Since these are
pool tables that are fully customized to your specifications, we do not allow cancellations once we have started manufacturing. There may be changes
to the delivery schedule due to circumstances beyond our control, so please order a custom product only if you have the patience to wait for the finest quality product at the best price.
Free Shipping Information
The Free Shipping included with your pool table does not include unloading it from the truck. You are responsible for removing the
pool table from the
truck (this will require at least two adults). If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so at a cost
of $149.99 If you upgrade your shipping,
the delivery truck will be equipped with a lift gate. If you pay for the lift gate and your
driveway
is accessible by a 28' tractor trailer, the delivery truck
can back up to your garage entrance and unload the pool table
from the truck at your garage. Even if you get the lift gate delivery, you must check the contents of the shipment to insure that nothing is noticeably damaged and that each piece of slate is removed from the special crate to make sure it is not damaged.
Shipping Requirements
Pool tables are big and heavy. They are delivered to your home in a large moving van. Your home must be accessible by a tractor/trailer that is 28' in
length and 14' tall and you must have a paved driveway (for a pallet jack or dolly). If your home is not accessible by a truck of this size, you can arrange
to pick
up your pool table in a local parking lot such as a grocery store. The table will fit in a full-size pickup truck. Please notify us if alternative delivery is needed.
Important Shiping Info
If the pool table is damaged in any way, please sign for the table as damaged. If you sign the delivery form free and clear of damage, you are stating
that you received your pool table in good condition. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately and we will sort out any issues with the delivery
truck driver. If there is a problem with your billiard table, it is very important that you don't throw anything away, including the crate. Set everything in a
safe
area and contact us immediately. If there is damage, simply sign for the pool table as damaged and we'll take care of you.
